P 159D Hydraulic Hand Pump
A manually operated, versatile hydraulic pump designed for precise tensioning and cropping of steel strands in mining and geotechnical applications. The P 159D pump combines precision, control, and durability, making it an essential tool for safe, efficient strand installation and cropping.
Provides controlled, reliable hydraulic power through manual operation via a handle mounted at the front of the pump.
Two 5.0 m hoses with quick-release couplings connect the pump to a StressoJack for tensioning or to a Cropper for cutting protruding strands.
Compatible with a 0–25 t (0–250 kN) or 0–15 t (0–150 kN) gauge to display the load being delivered for accurate operations.
Directs oil flow to extend or retract the cylinder, enabling precise tensioning or cropping operations.

25 Ton Rear Gripping Jack
A robust, double-acting hydraulic jack with a 250 kN (25 t) capacity, specifically engineered to pre-stress 15.2 mm and 18.0 mm strands in underground mining applications. The 25 Ton Rear Gripping Jack offers precision, safety, and efficiency in strand pre-stressing operations, making it an essential tool for underground mining and geotechnical installations.
Automatically grips and releases the strand at the start and finish of pre-stressing operations, ensuring precise control.
Designed for pre-stressing single-strand rock anchors, with a minimum protruding strand length of 450 mm to allow proper tensioning. Excess strand can then be safely trimmed with a cropper.
Anchor wedges are secured by blocking free movement during stressing, providing safe and reliable lock-off.
Powered by the Muhle Air Pump or P159 Hand Pump, both equipped with three-position, four-way control valves, delivering oil at pressures up to 50 MPa.

15mm – 18mm Strand Cropper

The 15mm – 18mm Strand Cropper provides efficient, controlled, and safe strand trimming, making it an essential tool for underground mining and cable anchor maintenance.
Features a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, activated by a pneumatic or hand-operated hydraulic pump, for precise cutting action.
Two 300 mm hydraulic hoses with quick-release couplings connect the cropper to the pump for fast and secure setup.
Ensures safe handling and transport on site.
A punch and die mounted on the cylinder piston trim the strand as it passes through a front-end slot in the housing.
Engineered to withstand rigorous use while providing reliable, safe operation.
15mm – 18mm Strand Open Throated Cropper
A hydraulically operated device designed to safely trim protruding strands from installed cable anchors, reducing potential hazards in work areas. The Open Throated Cropper delivers efficient, controlled, and safe strand trimming, making it an essential tool for underground mining and cable anchor maintenance.
Equipped with a double-acting hydraulic cylinder activated by a pneumatic or hand-operated hydraulic pump for precise cutting.
Two 300 mm hydraulic hoses with quick-release couplings connect the cropper to the pump, enabling rapid setup.
A 30 mm-wide slot at the front of the housing allows the strand to pass through for easy, safe cropping.
Punch and die mounted on the cylinder piston cut the strand efficiently when the cylinder is activated.
Carrying handles and a safety sling provide secure transport and operation.

Pull Tester
A hydraulically operated device designed to verify the load capacity of tendon supports, ensuring the prescribed tension is achieved during installation. The Pull Tester provides accurate, safe, and efficient load verification, making it an essential tool for quality assurance in tendon installation and support systems.
Constructed with a three- or four-legged frame, with optional threaded, adjustable legs on the base to align the frame with the installed tendon.
Equipped with a single or double-acting hydraulic cylinder (10 t or 18 t capacity), activated by P55 or P159D hand-held hydraulic pumps.
The tendon connects to a clevis on a threaded drawbar that passes through the cylinder. A wingnut allows slack adjustment for precise load application.
Operating the pump retracts the draw bar, elongating the tendon while measuring tension.
A gauge on the pump records the load achieved, indicating whether the tendon has reached its required installation tension.
